My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The convenient location close to Keystone Crossing and the pleasant lake views were great. However, the room had some issues like poor lighting and an unsecured door, despite being clean and comfortable.

The hotel's rooms were large, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. However, I wish I had known to call for a balcony room upgrade, as it seemed to be a hidden gem. The service was fantastic, even when dealing with a reservation issue. The location offered a nice view over the lake and was close to convenient shopping areas, though I encountered a water emergency that affected my stay. The dining experience was delicious but a bit pricey for a basic breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
